Our Family
Proudly, Khan's Hospitality Services manage and own Stella's Kitchen situated in the most beautiful Montague Apple Orchards, which is next to Lysterfield Park. The owners of Khan's Hospitality Services has stemmed from one of the oldest hospitality families in Australia. For over 65 years they have catered for the culinary needs of Melbourne.
Khan's first entered Melbourne's culinary scene during the early 1960s with our first restaurant opening on Chapel St during the birth of Australia's now world-renowned culinary scene. Our journey began with the ethos that great hospitality at its core must be executed with passion and love for everlasting experiences.
After 65 years of owning & operating many of Melbourne's highly respected restaurants; ranging from Italian to Moroccan, European & Modern Indian cuisines (just to name a few), we have also specialised in catering and event management in Victoria.
​Khan's Hospitality Services is now run by the second and third generation of culinary professionals that continue on the tradition of passion & love for the culinary arts.

Our Kitchen
Respecting the history of the Montague family, the founders of Montague Orchards, which has been established for over 75 years, the Restaurant is named after the Matriach of the family - Stella.
